The Revenue Without More Work Diagnostic is an educational business-planning tool. It is designed to help identify areas worth investigating; it does not predict or guarantee results.

Diagnostic estimates

Outputs are illustrative educational scenarios calculated from the information entered and the assumptions displayed on the page. The calculator applies a simple 20% enquiry-to-client assumption, rounds down to whole clients and multiplies that result by the selected program value. The 20% assumption is not presented as an industry average, benchmark, conservative estimate, typical result or achievable outcome. The calculation does not establish how much revenue is currently being lost or predict how much additional revenue will be realised. Inputs and assumptions may be incomplete, inaccurate or different from actual business performance.

No guarantee of revenue or savings

Actual outcomes depend on factors including offer quality, pricing, demand, lead quality, sales skill, capacity, team execution, market conditions, technology, implementation and decisions made by the business. No content on this website is a promise or guarantee of revenue, profit, clients, cost savings or hours reclaimed.

Historical case studies

Case studies describe documented historical outcomes from individual businesses Kate owned or advised outside the dog-training industry. Figures labeled gross revenue describe total business revenue during the stated period; figures labeled additional revenue describe documented incremental revenue associated with the relevant implementation. These case studies support Kate's prior commercial experience, but do not establish typical results, prove that the system alone caused each outcome or represent what a dog-training business will achieve. Two dog-training implementations are currently underway; dog-training-specific results will be identified as such only when they are available and documented.
